Domestic Shipping Policy

Tracking
Customers are given a tracking number once their product is shipped. Customers are responsible for checking their own tracking numbers and informing us if a parcel is delayed over 10 days or they need help with a delivery. Our Evri delivery service is fully trackable. The tracking number allows you to rearrange delivery or see if a parcel is delivered if you are sending it to someone else.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is any delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you beforehand. Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We ask that you allow 10 days from the estimated delivery date before making a claim.

Parcels 0-1kg = £3.50
Parcels 1kg-2kg = £4.99
Free shipping for orders over £30
Delivery delays can occasionally occur during peak seasons such as Christmas.

Damages
Three for a Girl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
