We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong item), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return and will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If the return is not an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you no longer want the item), then the buyer accepts full responsibility for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 

Address Errors: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order. In the event that an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is unable to be delivered, we cannot be held responsible once the package has left our store. We will not issue refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please carefully check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into this for you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card.

 

Refunds
We will contact you once we’ve received and checked your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
